Stephanie is highly commended at care awards

A huge well done to Stephanie Wilkinson, who was highly commended in the Carer of the Year category by the judging panel at yesterday's East Midlands Care Home Awards.

It was fantastic to connect with health professionals across the East Midlands and celebrate the carers who go that extra mile.

Steph’s nomination included comments from residents and their families as well as her team. An excerpt from the nomination form reads:

"I just wanted to let you know, how approachable your senior carer Steph is. She must be such a valued member of staff. I can ask her absolutely anything about my mum's care and she puts my mind at ease. We need lots of carers like Steph in our health profession. Such a lovely lady."
